GUIDELINES FOR SPEAKERS

  • Short Contributed talks are limited to 16 minutes with 3 additional minutes for discussion and 1 minute for transition to the next presentation including introduction of the next speaker (sum 20 minutes).
  • Regular Contributed talks are limited to 25 minutes with 4 additional minutes for discussion and 1 minute for transition to the next presentation including introduction of the next speaker (sum 30 minutes).
  • Invited talks are limited to 35 minutes with 4 additional minutes for discussion and 1 minute for transition to the next presentation including introduction of the next speaker (sum 40 minutes).

The session chairmen are instructed to enforce these rules.

  • The POSTER board area for each presentation is 0.95 m (width) by 1.50 m (height).

Technical equipment
The visual equipment provided will be overhead projectors, slide projectors and presentation laptop offering MS PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Reader. The full compatibility between author's own equipment (laptop) and on-site display facilities should be carefully checked before the start of the session.

If you wish to present your talk using your own laptop computer, please have it powered on and ready to be connected. The presentation timer will begin immediately after the introduction by the session chair who will strictly enforce the timetable according to the program.
